Following on from our business review during the October meet-up, we had a lot of lovely ideas but no plan or action. After some work with our coach, Simon Williams, we put some ideas in place that might just work for the future.

One of these ideas was to share our knowledge. I had experimented with this in our 1 to 1 web clinics but found it time consuming. I'd also tried group presentations which felt right but are about how we work rather than a 'how to'. We needed to step this up a gear, so came up with group 'web marketing' workshops.

We think the workshops should cover areas such as: writing web copy, email marketing, link building, social networks and photography but I am very interested in what you would like covered. If you have any ideas then pop them on our notepad, i'd love to hear them.

It must be the coffee that brings us back to Homer Part Spa this month as we were last here in June.
