Will Twitter work for us?
What’s the point? What do we use Twitter for? I’ve found that the people who understand Twitter’s benefits have usually been using it for a few months and have developed a bit of a plan on what works best for them. Here are a few ideas:
- Marketing – Product updates, new events, service enhancements, special offers and promotions.
- Sales – Searching for your ideal prospects, local businesses and suppliers and using Twitter to help build rapport and relationships with them.
- Customer Service – Ask tech savy customers for their questions post them on Twitter, then answer it quickly, professionally, informatively and openly to build long last customer relationships.
